The last – and only other – time I saw Radiohead was in this very same park, in 2001. New York – and the world – was a very different place then: it was one month before the World Trade Center attacks, three months before we bombed Afghanistan, and a year-and-a-half before we invaded Iraq. It was, as I've ofter said to friends, the best live show I've ever seen. Can they beat themselves tonight?
