The rainy weather on Thursday night didn’t scare away music fans from the final show of the RiverRocks series on Pier 84. Juan Wauters with Carmelle opened the evening and set the right mood for a night of great music, making way for New Jersey natives Ducktails and headliners Titus Andronicus.
