Friendly Fires were so damned good at Bowery last night, I had to see them again tonight at the Bring on the Brits showcase at The Annex on Orchard St. Totally different setup – the stage is the size of my kitchen, and the sound is less-than-good – but they still manage to fill the place with frenzy.
