Electro-acoustic composer, producer, and performer Sxip Shirey presents music from his upcoming album, A Bottle of Whiskey and a Handful of Bees at Brooklyn's National Sawdust on Monday night. The show's special guests include Carolina Chocolate Drops singer Rhiannon Giddens and Xavier, both of whom also appear on the album. It's sure to be chock full of sonic surprises, and percussive, found-object delights.
