Awesome bill at Highline Ballroom last night, featuring bands from Austin, Montreal, Philly and Brooklyn. Trail of Dead was the definite star of the night, closely followed by the multi-media instrumentalists Octopus Project. Islands get bonus points for a pair of rocking violinists.
