Last night, Celebrate Brooklyn offered up an impressionistic remix of the 1957 Bollywood classic "Mother India," with a live performance by leading Indian DJ Tigerstyle, along with strings, keys and percussion. The original 3 hour epic was reduced to an hour of silent tableaus, complete with burning haystacks and children thrashing in mud. A feast for the eyes and ears. (More pics below.)
