Call it an outdoors amuse bouche: a pair of dixie bands collide on a Mardi Gras march along the Place des Festivals, then kick in together on everything from “When the Saints Go Marching In” to “Sweet Georgia Brown.” The kids love it, especially the blue cat mascot who dances with them – assuming they don’t run off scared.
