So, I was bummed to find out that today's free Parc de Popolo concert was cancelled on account of rain, but walking back down Boulevard Ste-Laurent, I come across this free party happening in the Parc du Portugal (not far from Casa Gallego.) On stage now: Brazilian bossa nova and samba played by a band clad all in white, with festival dancfers and an MC speaking half French, half Portugese. Hell if this isn't the best thing I've heard all weekend. (More pics below.)
