Scotsman Justin Currie, best known as the lead singer of Del Amitri, knows his way around the darker edges of love, as he proved during the late set last night at Joe's Pub. Playing songs from both his new album "The Great War" and his acclaimed 2007 release “What Is Love For,” Currie's songs explore lost love and relationships gone bad, with both pathos and humor.
