One of these days, I'll make it down in person to the Fairgrounds for what surely has to be one of America's most eclectic music festivals, the annual New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival, founded by George Wein (of Newport Folk and Jazz Fest fame) in 1970. Fortunately, thanks to YouTube, I can watch online while I catch up on yard work at home this afternoon. Featured performers on today's bill – which is the last day of the festival – include the Foo Fighters, the Neville Brothers, Kermit Ruffins and many others. Go here for a full lineup (all times CDT.)
