It's a rare event these days to find a bill with an opener worth showing up early for; it's rarer still to have two quality openers. For free? Fugghedaboutit. But, that's exactly what the good folks at Celebrate Brooklyn have in store tonight, with a triple bill of post-punk royalty, courtesy of Ted Leo, Mission of Burma and girl-band-of-the-moment Wild Flag (Carrie Brownstein and Janet Weiss from Sleater-Kinney, Mary Timony from Helium, and Rebecca Cole from The Minders), who've reportedly blossomed since I first saw them at SXSW in 2011. Ted goes on first at 7p; don't be late.
